Lt. Governor Division 8 -- Blake Ladenburg
Hey, I am Blake Ladenburg and I have just been appointed as the Lieutenant Governor for division 8! I look forward to working on the District Board as well as with my local division 8 clubs, Polson, Whitefish and my home club of Columbia Falls. This is where I am currently a freshman and doing very well. I have a 4.0 GPA and I am the freshman class president. I have won the Academic Award at my school as well as lettering for straight A’s for the first semester. I enjoy water skiing as well as knee boarding. I enjoy speaking in front of a crowd and being an overall leader. I look at taking my leadership skills and applying them to my Key Club Division 8 goals.
- I would like to continue our past Lieutenant Governor’s work to start clubs in both Glacier High School and Flathead High School, and once completed working to make them striving and prosperous clubs.
- Work towards ultimate communication between the division clubs as well as within the clubs themselves. I would try to accomplish this by via text messaging, email, and of course phone calls. I would try to set up a division website that the clubs could use to communicate with themselves as well as the entire division. Finally hold rallies and trainers to build relationships and increase communication.
- Try to increase participation in clubs around the division by: Using many of the ideas I gathered from this year’s d-con, and use them to teach and guide the clubs to fun and exciting meetings and service project to increase overall participation.
I feel like these goals can be accomplished and not only make division 8 stronger, but the entire Mighty Montana district a stronger and more functioning district. I am open to any ideas that you may have and I can be reached anytime at 406-471-8290 or at my district email address
LtGovDiv8@mtkeyclub.org. I look forward to working and hearing from you through the 2010-2011 Key Club year.
Sincerely,
Blake Ladenburg
Lt. Governor Division 8
